while employee experience design is focused on external systems and organizational change, intrinsic wayfinding takes an inside-out approach. through 1:1 advisory and gatherings, we guide individuals on a journey inward to tap into their original self. we help them build a practice that creates a pathway towards unshackling their personal narratives and identities from systems of oppression, and realize new futures.
